Booking Procedure - Marmotte Mountain Adventure

Fill out the booking enquiry form. Alternatively, phone or use our callback service.
We will then inform you of availability and pricing. If you would like to go ahead with the booking we will then email you out a booking form to complete. Your booking will be reserved for an agreed time (normally 48 hours) to allow you to complete the booking form and return it to us, by email or post, accompanied by a 20% deposit of the full holiday price. You may choose to pay either by credit card (via telephone), electronic bank transfer or by cheque. All cheques are made payable to Marmotte Mountain Adventure.
When your signed booking form and deposit is received by us, we will send you a confirmation of your booking and a receipt for monies received. We will also include a balance of payment invoice letting you know when the full holiday fee is due. Once the booking confirmation has been issued, your contract with Marmotte Mountain Adventure begins.
If your arrival date for your holiday is less than 10 weeks away, full payment must accompany your signed booking form.
To avoid disappointment, we advise you book early!
